Advanced Skills Program

The Advanced Skills program was originally designed for the graduates of the Never Ever league who were ready for higher level skills and a longer game time; but still need the instructions and skills sessions. It has quickly become a great skills "camp" for all levels of skating skill, kind of like the practice you had when you were kids. It combines off ice instruction with on ice skills sessions, and game time.

LAHPA Players,

Due to the recent concerns about Covid-19 we pressed pause on all hockey for a while, but it is time we start things back up.
Iceland closed at 2:30pm on 3/13 and is reopening Monday, June 15th at 10:00am.
I have adjusted most schedules and will continue to update as new details arise.

With the "new normal" there have been several changes made to the facility and to how we are going to play hockey.
Here is how it is going to work.

Players, Goalies and officials must:
- Fill out new Waiver Form and turn in as you enter the rink (electronically sign waiver)
- Get dressed as much as possible at home
- Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your game
- Enter the rink with a mask on
- Upon entering the rink you will have temperature taken, if you have a fever you will not be permitted in the rink

After entering the rink there are numerous hand sanitizing stations located throughout the rink
- The locker rooms are limited to 6 people, read chalk board sign for your teams locker room location to put skates on
- If your locker room is at capacity you will put your skates on in a designated location in the rink.
- Try to maintain safe distance on the bench
- No bare hand skates
- Don't share water bottles or towels
- After game is over you have 15 minutes to remove your skates
- You will exit thru the front emergency exit door on each sheet of ice
- No fans are permitted to watch the games in person. They will have to use LiveBarn
- Rink employees will be sanitizing seating locations between games
